A plenary presentation is a distinguished session delivered by an internationally recognized expert and attended by all conference participants.

Oral presenters are generally allotted 15–20 minutes, including time for questions and discussion. The final schedule will be communicated before the conference.

English is the official language of the conference and should be used for all presentations and discussions.

Translation and interpretation services will not be provided. Participants requiring language assistance should arrange their own translator.

Standard presentation equipment will be available at the venue. Personal laptops may be used when necessary and subject to prior coordination with the technical team.

Yes. Accepted poster presenters will receive detailed instructions regarding poster dimensions, formatting requirements, and display arrangements.

Co-authors who complete registration for the conference may request participation certificates.
